Thomas “Tom” Rucker, 82, a resident of Buckhannon, passed peacefully away on May 19, 2023, after a long illness. Thomas “Tom” Rucker, 82, a resident of Buckhannon, passed peacefully away on May 19, 2023, after a long illness.

Tom is preceded in death by Noble Rucker – father, Elsie Rucker – mother; Tamara Slack – sister
Tom was best known for his love of the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a craftsman making knives. A true Mountaineer loving West Virginia.
A private family service will be held.
