Trevor Nathan Osbin

Trevor Nathan Osbin, age 30, passed away unexpectedly Monday January 16, 2023 in the Mon General Hospital. Trevor was born January 8, 1993 in Lake Forest, IL a son of the late Jimmy Don Osbin and Kathy L. (Williams) Osbin who survives. Trevor was united in marriage on July 29, 2020 to Meagan Denise McClendon who survives at home. Also surviving is daughter, Ophelia Cassidy Osbin; sister Jessica Osbin of Morgantown, brothers Luke Osbin of Dayton, TN, AJ Walker of Parkersburg; niece Kambree Sumrall of Louisiana; cousin Brian Jackson of Bridgeport.
Trevor was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Don Osbin, grandparents, Betty Winn Osbin, Fred Osbin, Maggie Williamson, and Raymond Williamson. Trevor worked as a chef for Meagher’s Irish Pub in Bridgeport. He enjoyed kayaking, attending concerts, mushroom hunting, and rockhounding.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Friday January 27, from 4-6 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 6 pm with Pastor Gary Clem officiating. In honor of Trevor’s wishes cremation will follow the services.

I’m so sorry for your loss Kathy. Trevor was a unique soul that could make others smile with his wit. I haven’t seen him for several years, but I know he will be missed by his friends and of course his family.
Trevor was one of a kind. Always a smile on his face. I am thankful to have ran into him a couple times since he moved back to Barbour County. Sending so many prayers to the family. <3
