Walter was born on March 30, 1974 and passed away on Friday, September 1, 2017. Walter was a resident of Moatsville, West Virginia at the time of passing. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 pm with Pastor Richard Hamrick officiating. Interment will follow in the Trinity Cemetery in Belington.
