Wayne worked as a pipe liner/construction worker for Union Local #0984. He served in the US Air Force. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved participating in Civil War Reenactments. Wayne had the gift to gab, and he also enjoyed traveling, especially Chincoteague, VA
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday January 30, from 10 am- 8 pm, and on Monday January 31, from 8 am- 12 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 pm with Pastor Wade McGee officiating. Interment will follow in the Pitman Cemetery.
