Judy Snider

August 25, 1943 ~ June 19, 2009

Judy Ann Snider age 65 a resident of Rt. 3 Philippi passed away Friday, June 19, 2009 at her residence. She was born August 25, 1943 in Philippi a daughter of the late Robert Eugene and Mary Madaline (Lyons) Jones. She was united in marriage to Olen Junior Snider who preceded her in death December 11, 1971. Surviving are: Three Sons: Michael Eugene and wife June Snider of Evans, WV Olen Jay and wife Bridgett Snider of Philippi, WV Mark Garrett and wife Jessica Snider of Moundsville, WV Four Grandchildren: Logan, Gage, Katie and Elly Snider Ms. Snider was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Patricia Crawford She attended Philippi United Methodist Church and was a cashier for Foodland. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday June 21, 2009 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and on Monday June 22, 2009 from 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. the service hour with Rev. Linda Payton officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.

  3. So sorry to hear about your Mom. She was such a wonderful person, I will really miss her emails. I've known her for many yr and we worked together at Philippi Foodland. Hope someone is going to take good care of her precious little dog, she loved him. God Bless all of you.
