Louetta Murphy

Louetta C. Murphy age 75 a resident of Philippi passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at her residence. She was born on June 30, 1937 in Volga, WV a daughter of the late William and Verdie (Dadisman) Anderson. Surviving is, One daughter, Cindy Martin of Cambridge, OH Two sons, Steve Murphy of Greencastle, PA Tim Murphy and wife Lisa of Philippi Five Sisters, Katie Anderson Janice Murphy Louise Murphy Geneva Anderson Linda Anderson, all of Philippi Two brothers, Dwight Anderson of Parkersburg Bubb Anderson of Aurora, OH Six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren Ms. Murphy was preceded in death by one daughter, Pam Waream; one sister, Barbara Johnson and one brother, Charles Anderson She retired from Foodland as a cashier. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Wednesday November 7 from 5-8 pm and on Thursday November 8 from 8 am-2 pm the service hour with Rev. Tim Bleigh officiating. Interment will follow in Jerusalem Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi, WV 26416 to help offset funeral cost.
