  3. I am saddened to hear that Bill had passed … My Thoughts and Prayers are with his wife Patti and remaining family… I posted this obituary on the Philip Barbour Class of 1971 page for our classmates to know and post condolences.

  4. Junior, Debbie, and family;
    We are so sorry for the loss of Bill. As growing up in North Philippi, kids got to know kids a lot better. We played different kinds of games, ate at different kids house, and even knew who you could hang with and who not to hang with. But as for Bill and the other boys they just jumped in and started playing.
    Bill will be missed by all that knew him. He was a great guy. God watch over his family and friends during this difficult time.4Lh4d

  5. My prayers go out to Pat and family, as Bill was a great friend, co-worker and CPA. He will be missed by all that knew him. Rest in peace.

  6. I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Bill’s family. Death is the hardest thing we have to deal with in life. I know my words can’t change anything and can do little to ease the pain you are feeling, so I pray that the God of comfort calm your hearts and help you heal. (2 Thessalonians 2:16,17) Lean on Him in the days to follow. One way that God comforts us today is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear.
