She was born September 14, 1932 in Simpson, WV a daughter of the late Willie W. and Mary Ethel (Bays) Haller. She was united in marriage on December 22, 1983 to Grover D. Mullenax who survives. eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren
Mrs. Mullenax was preceded in death by one grandson, and one infant brother Willie Haller Jr.
Mrs. Mullenax was owner and operator of Mullenax Personal Care Home, and also worked as a cook at the Medallion Restaurant. She enjoyed bowling and playing cards. She was a member of Faith Way Baptist Church.
Friends will be received at Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Thursday March 17, from 5-8 pm and on Friday March 18, from 8 am-2 pm the service hour with Pastor Downing Gregory officiating. Interment will follow Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
