Beverly Butler

Beverly Ann (Dunkle) Butler, age 63, a resident of Rt. 1 Volga passed away Saturday August 28, 2010 in the United Hospital Center. She was born April 27, 1947 in Washington Co. PA a daughter of the late Glenn A. and Dorothy V. (Rusmisel) Dunkle. She was united in marriage on January 11, 1965 to Clement B. Butler who survives. Also surviving are;
Four Daughters; Peggy S. Butler and companion Ray Christy of Elyria, OH
Bonnie K. (Butler) Wheeler and husband Dennis of West Alexandria, PA
Lisa J. (Butler) Long and husband David of Venice, FL.
Michele R. (Butler) Fluharty and husband John of Frankfort, KY

One brother; James Rusmisel of Plant City, FL

Seven grandchildren; Timmy Gregory, Eric Wheeler, Ryan Fluharty, Mariah Long, Nathaniel Long, Zack Fluharty, Isaac Fluharty.
One great daughter; Becca Gregory

Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by one sister; Robin L. Bertovick.
Mrs. Butler was a homemaker, she enjoyed setting and caring for older people, and her greatest love was her grandchildren who she cherished. Mrs. Bulter was a member of the West Alexandria First Christian Church.

Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi, WV on Monday August 30, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. with Pastor Bruce Graff officiating. Mrs. Butler request for cremation will be honored and will follow the services on Monday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or a children research center of your choice.
