I really enjoyed the times visiting with Dottie when she was hospitalized in Kingwood, WV. Time would seem to "fly by" ,as Dottie shared many interesting anecdotes and stories about childhood memories and life in general. I liked her and told her so. A conversation with her could be enlightening, retrospective, and somewhat comical all at the same time. She, no doubt, had so much more to teach me. The world will NOT be a better place without her. May your sweet spirit find rest .....

Dorothy A McCauley left a message on March 1, 2024:
I am so sorry to hear about this. She was a great friend, a beautiful singer and loved all whom she came in contact with. I and my late husband, Rev. Carroll McCauley loved this family from day one of meeting them and that love carried down through the years from her. Many prayers for comfort in the coming times ahead for peace and knowing she is in a great place now with her Heavenly Father and her family. Love you all very much!
