Mr. Fridley was preceded in death by one brother; George Fridley, one infant sister, and brother-in-law Carl Lanham.
Mr. Fridley worked as a shot man for Grafton Coal Company, and was owner and operator of Jim’s Antiques in Century. He was a member of the UMWA District #31 and Joseph Chapel Church.
Mr. Fridley loved hunting and fishing and most of all collecting antiques.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Friday September 11, from 3-8:00 p.m. on Saturday September 12 from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and on Sunday September 13, from 8:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. the service hour with Rev. Randy Swiger officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
