Jimmy was preceded in death by companion, Zelma Upton; brothers, Ted and Bobby Ratliff and sister Patty Puttum
Jimmy retired from Republic Steel Mill as a licensed engineer. He was an avid bowler, hunter, and fisherman. He also built and owned several race cars.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday May 15, from 4-6 pm. In honor of Jimmy’s request cremation will follow.
