Pauline Lucille Henry, age 87, a resident of Volga passed away Monday March 7, 2016 at her residence from an extended illness under the care of Hospice Care. She was born May 22, 1928 in Barbour Co. a daughter of the late Robert and Beulah (Salibury) Murphy. Pauline was united in marriage on October 30, 1946 to Morgan Lee Henry who preceded her in death on February 24, 1998. Surviving is

One daughter; Anna Mae Wagner and husband Donald

Two sons; Randy Henry and wife Phyllis

Robert Henry all of Volga

Two brothers; John Murphy

Pat Murphy both of Philippi

Two grandchildren and four great grandchildren

Several cousins, nieces and nephews

Pauline was preceded in death by one son Danny Henry, grandson Gary Wagner, sisters; Josephine Winans, Alice Hart, Nina Peters, brothers; Perry Murphy, Ray Murphy, and James Murphy

Pauline was a homemaker, she enjoyed cooking and visiting with family and friends, she loved the outdoors; she enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a Methodist by faith.

Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Wednesday March 9, from 5-8 pm and on Thursday March 10, from 11am- 12 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 pm. Interment will follow in the Ward Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care Corp. 7 Harman Center Grafton, WV 26354 or to Barbour County Senior Center, Inc. PO Box 146 Philippi, WV 26416.
