Ralph Edward Mitchell, age 59, a resident of Rt. 3 Arden Community Philippi passed away Sunday April 8, 2012 at his residence. He was born December 31, 1952 in Philippi a son of the late Freddie L. Mitchell and E. Pauline (Poe) Mitchell who survives at Point Marion, PA. Also surviving are:
Two daughters: Erin K. Mitchell of Austin, TX
Rachel E. Ramsburg and husband Derrick of Fairmont

One son: Michael Mitchell of Austin, TX

One sister: Sandra Hoffman of Point Marion, PA

One brother: Mick Mitchell of Arden

Ralph worked for Sago Mines as a roof bolter.

Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Thursday April 12, from 6-8 pm and on Friday April 13, from 8 am – 1 pm the service hour with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in the Clemtown Cemetery.
